Key Responsibilities
Maintains database systems and provides analytical support to the Facilities Department. Acts as the Customer Service liaison for all stakeholders, including residents and their families, employees, vendors, and contractors. Coordinates campus resident transportation. Manages intricate communications within the department and with external parties.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
