PROJECT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Job Overview

The Project Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the project team by managing specific responsibilities assigned by the Superintendent.

This position involves close collaboration with the Project Manager regarding timelines, safety protocols, and employee documentation. A successful candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks while working autonomously.

Additionally, the ability to inspire and guide team members in a constructive and supportive manner is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with the Superintendent and project management team to enhance overall productivity.
  • Engage with the entire project team, contributing to the project's success.
  • Organize and oversee schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Efficiently coordinate efforts within the team and with external consultants.
  • Provide verbal and written updates to management regarding project progress.
  • Execute necessary administrative duties, including research and correspondence.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to client confidentiality and their needs at all times.
Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
  • Proficient in data entry for payroll and administrative software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and address potential challenges.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach.
