Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with key clients to ensure their shipping needs are met.
  • Gather information from clients to determine their shipping requirements and preferences.
  • Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure timely and damage-free delivery.
  • Manage customer management software to maintain accurate client records.
  • Process SSL invoices and manage system administration.
  • Participate in additional projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bilingual skills in English and Korean are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
