Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the South Jersey region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management: Schedule and conduct routine visits to assigned client facilities in South Jersey to discuss their needs and provide solutions to meet their pharmaceutical requirements.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from client facilities, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing at client facilities to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Medication Management: Conduct audits of medication and treatment carts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Audit antibiotic, PO, and IV boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seals are in place and medications are not expired.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities, and concentrate on detailed information.
  • Credentials: New Jersey LPN license or New Jersey Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
  • Personal Qualities: Driven and motivated problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
