Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Conduct Routine Visits: Visit assigned client facilities in North Jersey to provide pharmaceutical services and build relationships with administrators and directors of nursing.
- Respond to Client Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from client facilities, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Staff: Work closely with pharmacy staff to gather information and resolve issues related to medication and treatment carts, antibiotic/PO/IV and back-up boxes, and emergency boxes.
- Audit and Maintain Records: Conduct audits of medication and treatment carts, antibiotic/PO/IV and back-up boxes, and emergency boxes to ensure proper par levels and expiration dates.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with administrators and directors of nursing at client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities and drive sales growth.
- Quick Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Ability to make swift decisions, prioritize tasks, and concentrate on detailed information.
- Professional Certifications: New Jersey LPN license or New Jersey Registered Pharmacy Technician certification required.
- Driven and Motivated Individual: Driven and motivated problem-solver with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
