Client Services Account Manager

Talascend is currently seeking a Client Services Account Manager for a long-term contract role.

OVERVIEW:
The Client Services Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing the organization's customer-facing responsibilities related to Outdoor LED displays. This includes overseeing and addressing issues related to Pro Sports videoboard displays, identifying problems, and coordinating resolutions with various stakeholders including Customer Care leadership and the Network Operating Center (NOC). Additional customer service functions may be required as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily performance metrics of Outdoor LED displays to ensure timely service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare ticket status reports for senior management and customer updates.
  • Provide B2B customer support for Outdoor LED issues and administrative tasks.
  • Identify display problems, plan resolutions, track projects, and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance B2B customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine B2B service processes to align with customer experience expectations.
  • Engage in strategic planning and collaboration to meet service level agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Support day-to-day operations, procurement, logistics, and warranty renewals.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer solutions, administration, and project management.
  • Demonstrated skills in project and program management.
  • Experience in Account Management, Data Analysis, and Problem Identification/Resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale projects and events.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate both internally and externally.
  • Capability to manage complex resolutions amidst challenging situations.
