Your Role as a Customer Support Coordinator

  • Lead Management and Call Closure – You will handle both inbound and outbound communications, promoting the value of Mr. Handyman's services while addressing objections to secure business.
  • Scheduling for Clients and Service Professionals – You will organize work and manage schedules to optimize client satisfaction and maximize daily revenue.
  • Guiding Clients and Managing Expectations – You will communicate with clients to navigate schedules and projects, assisting in managing their expectations.
  • Enhancing Efficiency for Service Professionals – You will collaborate with Service Professionals to eliminate barriers to their success, update schedules, advise on potential delays, and interface with clients as necessary.
  • Building Lasting Client Relationships – You will foster partnerships with clients by providing exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression, following the Mr. Handyman Way—a consistent process designed to impress every time.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the office location.
  • Exhibit professional communication and sales skills over the phone.
  • Be comfortable using a script and handling phone inquiries.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction and/or experience with ServiceTitan CRM is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $30,000 and $40,000 base, with the potential for unlimited commission based on business performance.

  • Hourly pay plus a percentage of generated revenue
  • 401k contributions after one year of service
