Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager - Federal to join our team at i-PRO, Inc. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing a sales strategy to increase sales and profits in the federal space.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate the company value proposition through engaging presentations and conversational meetings to develop and facilitate customer relationships.
- Establish, communicate, and hold direct and matrix team accountability for contract terms, program budgets, schedules, operational activities, and performance metrics to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely, accurate, and complete sales reports and forecasts, as well as update sales opportunities in the Salesforce system for forecasting.
- Engage and leverage effective relationships with internal resources and industry partners to create opportunities and drive solution-based sales.
- Manage programs from initiation through delivery, interfacing with the customer and company resources on technical and business issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred, but not required.
- Seasoned experienced sales professional in the federal/government markets with an understanding of multiple products and services and their interoperability.
- Solid understanding of business, financials, markets, and the needs of the customer.
- Ability to articulate product portfolios and their connectivity for a solution.
- Resource Manager: Recognizes unspoken organizational constraints, uses corporate culture and language to build rapport, and resolves issues and creates solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Understands how the value of hardware, services, integration, software, and go-to-market fit into the overall direction that provides a value proposition to customers.
- Executive with Passion: Works independently, maintains motivation, and executes plans with a desire to win.
- Leadership: Promotes cooperation, fosters a common vision, and develops relationships based on trust.
- Communications: Adapts presentation style to appeal to the interest and level of others, builds relationships, and seeks feedback to solve problems.
