Position Overview

The Luxury Guest Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service at the Hard Rock Hotel/Location. This position demands adherence to the prestigious 4 Diamond Standard, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities align with both departmental and corporate expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Engage with guests while maintaining a warm, positive, and approachable demeanor.
  • Meet communication standards to effectively promote and market our venue.
  • Prior experience with customer databases and managing bottle service bookings is essential.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary licenses or work cards relevant to this role.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with guests.
  • Work harmoniously with various departments across the organization.
  • Handle customer interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Contribute to a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere.
  • Foster an upbeat and relaxed environment consistently.
  • Willingness to work in a lively and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Ability to endure high temperatures and sun exposure.

Job Duties:

  • Consistently present a well-groomed appearance and uphold hygiene standards as determined by management.
  • Stay updated with current fashion trends as per management guidelines.
  • Build and nurture relationships with VIP guests; assist with reservations and special requests.
  • Generate a minimum of 25 new contacts weekly.
  • Ensure a guest list of at least 20 individuals for events and activations.
  • Secure at least one table reservation for each event worked.
  • Promote pool-specific events both on-site and in external venues.
  • Deliver outstanding service while engaging and entertaining guests professionally.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety policies specific to the company.
  • Market high-end bottle service options to guests.
  • Conduct weekly briefings with VIP staff to review reservations and updates.
  • Set a positive example for junior hosts.
  • Act as a liaison between VIP guests and the nightlife venues.
  • Keep management informed about significant hotel guests.
  • Oversee the guest list and manage entrance protocols for VIP access.
  • Input guest information into the VIP customer database as directed.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance customer experiences and foster a positive work environment.
  • Promote the interests of the company and comply with management directives.
  • Supervise table arrangements to ensure accurate seating.
  • Facilitate the transition of guests to their designated areas.
  • Regularly check on reserved tables and assist guests as needed.
  • Ensure all materials are prepared and available for the start of the evening.
  • Flexibility to perform additional job-related tasks as required by management.
