We are looking for a talented and driven Luxury Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our Miami-based team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with our clientele.

As the main point of contact for our clients, you will provide personalized, high-quality experiences and generate revenue through strategic sales and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth and Upselling:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional services, products, or packages, driving revenue enhancement and increasing the studio's profitability.
  • Handle high-value transactions with care, ensuring a smooth and secure process for luxury purchases.

Exceptional Service Delivery:

  • Provide a luxury, personalized experience, including private consultations and tailored photography sessions designed to exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings, including studio services and customizable packages, to deliver expert recommendations and personalized guidance.

Enhancing Client Experience:

  • Anticipate client needs and preferences proactively, offering innovative and upscale solutions to enrich their overall experience.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, providing bespoke recommendations to ensure their satisfaction and delight.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain trust-based relationships with clients through personalized communication and attentive service.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions that align with their unique preferences and requirements.

Client Retention and Loyalty:

  • Evaluate and respond to client feedback to continuously enhance and refine service offerings, ensuring a superior luxury experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in high-ticket sales, consistently exceeding targets, preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in luxury goods or premium service industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building and sustaining relationships.
  • Strong grasp of sales techniques, customer service, and high-value transactions.
  • Ability to foresee client needs and provide creative, tailored solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
