Position Overview

The Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to guests at the Hard Rock Hotel/Location. This position is aligned with the esteemed 4 Diamond Standard, ensuring that all responsibilities are executed in accordance with both departmental and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Engage with guests while maintaining a warm, inviting, and friendly demeanor.
  • Promote and market our venue through effective communication.
  • Experience in managing customer databases and booking premium services is essential.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary licenses or work permits.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with guests.
  • Work harmoniously with various departments within the organization.
  • Handle interactions with both internal and external customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
  • Consistently foster an upbeat and relaxed environment.
  • Willingness to work in a lively and dynamic setting.
  • Ability to endure high temperatures and exposure to the sun.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to grooming standards set by management.
  • Stay updated with current fashion trends as directed by management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with VIP guests, assisting with reservations and special requests.
  • Generate a minimum of 25 new contacts weekly.
  • Provide a guest list of at least 20 individuals for events and parties.
  • Secure at least one table reservation for each event.
  • Market and promote exclusive events both on-site and in the community.
  • Deliver outstanding service while engaging and entertaining guests professionally.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety protocols specific to the company.
  • Market premium bottle service to potential customers.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with VIP staff to review reservations and updates.
  • Set a positive example for junior hosts.
  • Act as a liaison between VIP guests and the venue.
  • Inform management of significant hotel guests.
  • Oversee guest service needs during operational hours.
  • Manage guest lists and entrance protocols for VIP access.
  • Input guest information into the VIP customer database as instructed.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance customer experiences and foster a productive work environment.
  • Promote the interests of the organization and comply with management directives.
  • Supervise seating arrangements to ensure accurate table assignments.
  • Facilitate the transition of guests to their designated areas.
  • Regularly check on reserved tables and assist guests as needed.
  • Ensure all materials are prepared and in place for the start of events.
  • Flexibility to undertake additional job-related tasks as required by management.
