Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on various systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve general maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Perform HVAC repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and report the need for significant maintenance interventions.

  • Execute tasks such as sanding, plastering, painting, and caulking.
  • Install and repair drywall and sheetrock.
  • Handle general hardware repairs, including locks and door handles.

  • Perform toilet repairs, including flappers and fill valves.
  • Carry out basic carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from property managers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a maintenance role.
  • HVAC certification is preferred.
  • Experience in hotel or property management maintenance is advantageous.
  • Proficient in plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Ability to work in various physical positions and environments.
  • Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic household systems and appliances.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
