Position Overview:

The Educational Support Specialist will deliver high-quality educational experiences through effective instruction tailored to meet the diverse needs of resident students, while adhering to the standards established by the Commonwealth's regulations and program certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


The Educational Support Specialist will:

  • Provide tailored educational programs that meet individual student needs.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants should possess knowledge of educational content, curriculum design, instructional methods, and relevant materials. A minimum of an associate degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited institution is required, along with experience in a secondary educational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with at-risk youth is highly desirable.
