Full-time Employee Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive training to effectively support students in their learning journey.
- Provide individualized instruction (one-on-one or in small groups) to teach new skills across various settings.
- Encourage participation in recreational and physical education activities.
- Assist students during community-based outings.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress.
- Collaborate with a team to help students achieve their educational and personal goals.
- Support students with daily living activities, including hygiene and toileting assistance.
- Assist individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Experience with individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities is beneficial, but a genuine desire to make a positive difference is paramount.
