  • TPRs and Pricing: Oversee Ad and Temporary Price Reduction (TPR) schedules, working with the sales team to ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Attend meetings, submit reports, and communicate with stakeholders to drive business development and organizational growth.
Requirements
  • College or university degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the dairy/refrigerated industry.
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to establish order and systems in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and effective at time-management.
  • 3+ years of team leadership/management experience.
  • Experience in distribution, retail, or the food industry.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Experience with a CRM.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Valid driver's license.
