- TPRs and Pricing: Oversee Ad and Temporary Price Reduction (TPR) schedules, working with the sales team to ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with business objectives.
- Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Communication: Attend meetings, submit reports, and communicate with stakeholders to drive business development and organizational growth.
- College or university degree preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the dairy/refrigerated industry.
- Organized and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to establish order and systems in a rapidly changing environment.
- Must be a self-starter and effective at time-management.
- 3+ years of team leadership/management experience.
- Experience in distribution, retail, or the food industry.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Experience with a CRM.
- Ability to travel.
- Valid driver's license.
