We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapy Lead to join our team at The Woman's Hospital of Texas. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for managing and directing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in establishing, maintaining, and improving patient health care goals through patient assessment, planning, and implementation of respiratory therapy interventions and evaluation of patient outcomes.
  • Manage and direct day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Accurately and completely document all aspects of care given.
  • Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by taking ownership of time management, flexing staff to meet census, decreasing waste (of time and supplies) and promoting cost effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with other care providers (physicians, nurses, business office, and medical records) to provide for continuity of patient care and to meet the needs of the customers we serve.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT), or State Registered Respiratory Therapist
