As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for managing and directing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in establishing, maintaining, and improving patient health care goals through patient assessment, planning, and implementation of respiratory therapy interventions and evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Manage and direct day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Accurately and completely document all aspects of care given.
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by taking ownership of time management, flexing staff to meet census, decreasing waste (of time and supplies) and promoting cost effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with other care providers (physicians, nurses, business office, and medical records) to provide for continuity of patient care and to meet the needs of the customers we serve.
- Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT), or State Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
