Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory therapy services to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Lead and manage the respiratory therapy team, ensuring that all team members are working together to achieve our patient care goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our respiratory therapy services are delivered in a safe and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our respiratory therapy services are meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
  • Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT) or State Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Neonate Resuscitation (NRP) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 30 days of employment.
