As a vital member of our team, the Risk Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the event reporting system. This includes both an internal database and an external reporting system dedicated to patient safety.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the medical device recall program.
- Ensure the integrity and functionality of the event report system.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement clinical pathways and guidelines effectively.

Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
- A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Nursing, Health Information Management, or a related clinical profession is required.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing clinical pathways or guidelines is essential.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and practices within a hospital setting is required.
