Job Summary

The Risk Product Account Executive will play a critical role in connecting the needs of key stakeholders overseeing risk management functions within financial services companies with ProSight's services. This position will report to the Head of Membership and contribute to our goal of doubling the business line's revenue within the next two years.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Drive new and existing client sales in North America, understanding prospective client needs, industry best practices, and regulatory expectations.
  2. Understand Client Needs: Research and identify key decision-makers, build a pipeline of opportunities, and originate new sales opportunities through professional and persistent sales calls.
  3. Collaborate with Internal Partners: Work with marketing, events, content, and relationship managers to define and execute winning account attraction and retention strategies.
  4. Utilize CRM Solution: Regularly use Salesforce to track conversations, meetings, leads, and opportunities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date prospect, customer, and account information.
  5. Ensure Client Satisfaction: Regularly assess client satisfaction with ProSight risk products and provide feedback and insights to product owners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but not required.
  • Complex B2B Selling Experience: At least five years of experience with proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow accounts, preferably in the consulting, advisory, or financial institution sectors.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in banking or financial services industry required, preferably with or selling to organizations between $10 and $100 billion in total assets.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and virtual/in-person presentation skills, with experience selling to C-suite executives.
  • Executive Presence and Business Acumen: Strong executive presence and business acumen, with ability to work in a virtual environment.
