Senior Claims Resolution Specialist

Job Overview
As a Senior Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving straightforward dispute claims while progressively enhancing your expertise to tackle more intricate dispute matters.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting thorough reviews of evidence or cases presented, utilizing dispute resolution management guidelines from various networks (Visa, MasterCard, Regional Networks, etc.) to evaluate the legitimacy of each claim and its potential for recovery.
- Employing network dispute processes to pursue recovery on behalf of Visa clients, ensuring compliance with operating regulations and meeting all necessary evidentiary and technical requirements.
- Collaborating with senior team members when disputes are contested by opposing parties, assessing new evidence, and determining the appropriate course of action, whether that be resolving the claim or counter-challenging the representment through various processes.
- Managing incoming and outgoing disputes in conjunction with Visa's settlement operations and financial records.
- Maintaining effective communication with Visa clients and network associates as required.
Additional Information
Submissions without prior approval are limited to 1000 per claim at the representative level. It is essential for the incumbent to be available during core business hours and to work outside of standard hours as necessary.
This role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid positions are expected to work from the office 2-3 designated days per week, based on business needs.
