Benefits Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Manager to join our Virtual team at American Income Life: AO - Jennifer Ragan. As a Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping customers by providing product and service information on their permanent coverage from their employer.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, with a hunger for customer acquisition and a passion for building strong relationships. If you have previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and qualifications
Provide information about the products and services
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Build and maintain relationships with new members as well as existing
Obtain license to be able to service our members

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
