Veterans Benefits Advocate

We are seeking a diligent and committed individual to join our team in serving veterans and their families. If you're passionate about giving back to service members, we want to hear from you.
As a Benefits Representative, you will educate and guide both active and retired service members with final arrangement benefits customized to fit their specific needs. This role is completely remote within the US, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and manage your professional and personal commitments effectively.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and conducting appointments with members about their private life and health insurance benefits
- Educating members on their options and filling out the corresponding enrollment paperwork
- Responding promptly to requests from policyholders such as beneficiary changes, claims, or adjustments
- Building strong working relationships with members and their families
- Committing to ongoing development of knowledge and skills through master classes and coaching calls
