Job Summary:

Novant Health is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for the management of all corporate total compensation programs and participating in the strategic planning of those programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs the research, development, implementation, and monitoring of compensation plans.
  • Counsels with management regarding the application of sound compensation principles and practice.
  • Oversees the compliance with legal requirements associated with compensation.
  • Develops and implements tuition reimbursement programs.
  • Collaborates with the team to achieve diversity and inclusion goals.

Requirements:

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Minimum three years successful supervisory/management experience, required.
  • Familiarity and experience with PeopleSoft.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior leadership roles in supervision and management level.
  • Project management skills to see projects through the life of the project to completion.
  • Microsoft office suite.
