Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pumping Field Specialist to join our team at Noble Casing Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard, or customer location.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate and maintain fluid pumps and other equipment during operations, as well as before and after job completion.
  2. Be proficient in downhole operations, including downhole calculations and fluid dynamic calculations.
  3. Manage a standalone crew and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
  4. Directly interact with customers to ensure job completion to their satisfaction.
  5. Conduct daily meetings with management to discuss operations and oversee daily operations.
  6. Troubleshoot issues on jobs as needed and mentor team members.
  7. Display extensive knowledge of rigging and outside operations of pumps, iron, and wellheads.
  8. Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
  9. Operate or drive all equipment and comply with required safety and operational procedures.
  10. Assist other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down.
  11. Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure iron certifications are current.
  12. Perform all duties in compliance with customer and company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
  13. Actively participate in safety meetings and assist in identifying and addressing risks and hazards.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in oilfield well servicing.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods.
  • Ability to multi-task and be adaptable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to supervise a crew.
  • Proficiency in complex mathematical equations.
  • Ability to analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations.
  • Understanding of fluid weights, pipe dimensions, and velocity of fluids.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • 21 years or older.
  • A valid CDL Class A with air brakes, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
  • Ability to be on location for extended periods.
  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Leadership skills.
