Job Summary

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Pumping Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining fluid pumps and other equipment during operations. Your leadership skills and ability to work effectively with customers will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate and maintain fluid pumps and other equipment during operations.
  2. Downhole Operations: Be proficient in downhole operations and have knowledge of downhole calculations.
  3. Leadership and Team Management: Manage a standalone crew and work directly with customers to ensure job completion to their satisfaction.
  4. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues on jobs and develop alternative solutions.
  5. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Comply with required safety and operational procedures and assist other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Work in Adverse Weather Conditions
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Proficiency in Oilfield Well Servicing
  • Ability to Bend, Crouch, and Lift Objects of Up to 75 Pounds
  • Ability to Multi-Task and Be Adaptable
  • Leadership and Supervisory Experience

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
