Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pumping Ground Operator to join our team at Noble Casing Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in our shop, yard, or customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate and maintain fluid pumps and other equipment during operations, as well as before and after job completion.
  2. Perform a variety of tasks or job duties assigned by the Supervisor, including training team members and displaying extensive knowledge of rigging and outside operations of pump, iron, and wellhead.
  3. Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance, and ensure that iron certifications are current.
  4. Assist other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down, and operate fluid pumps associated with processes including treatment procedures.
  5. Comply with required safety and operational procedures, and actively participate in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and effectively communicate both oral and written.
  • Customer service skills and oilfield well servicing experience.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to multi-task and be adaptable, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Special Requirements
  • 21 years or older.
  • Valid CDL Class A with Air Brakes. Tanker and HAZMAT a plus.
  • Ability to be on location for extended periods of time.
  • 2+ years of related work experience.
