Job Title: HSE Specialist

At DistributionNOW, we are seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations in the Northern Rockies region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective HSE programs and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with branch employees and management to ensure a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver HSE-related training programs to ensure employees meet all training and competency requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and metrics to report to onsite management teams and corporate reporting systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental-related field or 5-7 years of proven successful employment in the service field.
  • 2+ years of job experience in the Safety and Environmental field preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations (Federal, State, and Local levels).
  • Self-motivator with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Team player with a strong commitment to the HSE profession.
