Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pumping Field Specialist to join our team at Noble Casing Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard, or customer location.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate and maintain fluid pumps and other equipment during operations, as well as before and after job completion.
  2. Be in charge of pump controls, downhole calculations, and operations.
  3. Directly interact with customers to ensure job completion meets their satisfaction.
  4. Comply with all safety standards and ensure team members adhere to the same.
Requirements
  1. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  2. Problem-solving skills.
  3. Organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
  5. Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  6. Customer service skills.
  7. Proficiency in oilfield well servicing.
  8. Ability to lift objects up to 75 pounds for extended periods.
  9. Ability to multitask and adapt.
  10. Ability to supervise a crew.
  11. Proficiency in complex mathematical equations.
  12. Ability to analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations.
Special Requirements
  1. 21 years or older.
  2. Valid CDL Class A with air brakes, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
  3. Ability to work on location for extended periods.
  4. 5+ years of related work experience.
  5. Leadership skills.

Work Environment

The work environment for this position will involve working in a variety of settings, including the shop, yard, and customer locations. The employee will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
