Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pumping Field Specialist to join our team at Noble Casing Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard, or customer location.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate and maintain pumping equipment, including fluid pumps and other related equipment.
  2. Perform downhole operations, including calculations and troubleshooting.
  3. Manage a standalone crew, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  4. Directly interact with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  5. Conduct daily meetings with management to discuss operations and address any issues.
  6. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  7. Troubleshoot issues on jobs, using problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
  8. Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  9. Display extensive knowledge of rigging and outside operations of pump, iron, and wellhead.
  10. Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
  11. Operate or drive all equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  12. Comply with required safety and operational procedures, including DOT regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, with the ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects up to 75 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a crew and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in complex mathematical equations and fluid weights, pipe dimensions, and velocity of fluids.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • A valid CDL Class A with air brakes, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and lead team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
