Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with HSE/DOT regulations and standards
  • Foster relationships with drivers and small trucking businesses to promote safety measures
  • Conduct on-scene accident/incident investigations
  • Assist with field driver training and HSE/DOT incident reporting
  • Complete maintenance and equipment inspections in the field
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of HSE and DOT regulations
  • Ability to travel 100% into the field, with company-provided vehicle
  • Excellent process development and management skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Highly developed problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Maintain a willingness to be on call for field accident/incident reports
Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Commercial Motor Vehicle safety, Oil/Gas Field, or related experience
  • Certifications recommended, but not required: PEC/Safeland Instructor, H2S Instructor, First Aid/CPR
  • OSHA 10-hour training
  • Bi-lingual beneficial
