Job Summary

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a skilled Pumping Field Specialist to join our team. As a Pumping Field Specialist, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining fluid pumps and other equipment during operations. You will be in charge of the pump controls, all downhole calculations and operations. You will be in direct contact with the customers and ensuring the job is completed to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Operate, Service, and Maintain Equipment: Operate, service, and maintain fluid pumps and other equipment during operations.
  2. Downhole Operations: Be proficient in downhole operations, including all downhole calculations and operations.
  3. Customer Interaction: Be in direct contact with customers and ensure the job is completed to their satisfaction.
  4. Leadership: Lead a team of technicians and ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, including troubleshooting issues with equipment and operations.
  6. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure that all certifications are current.
  7. Documentation: Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead a team of technicians.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
Work Environment

The work environment for this job is outdoors, with exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and vibrations. The work schedule is variable, with overtime required as needed.
