Regional Sales Expert

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Expert to join our team at Really Great Reading. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Territory Management: Manage a designated territory, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
- Presentation and Communication: Deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the value and benefits of our education solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales leadership, marketing, and implementation, to ensure seamless delivery of our education solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in education sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Travel: Frequent travel required, approximately 20-30 trips per year, with up to 35-45 travel days per year.
Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
