Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join our team at Baptist Health. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing professional recruiting services to help us meet our current and emerging workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
  • 3-4 years of professional experience within an area of human resources
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours and Benefits:

This is a full-time position, working 80 hours bi-weekly. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
