Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
2. Execute calibrations and programming for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
3. Perform scanning and wire/connector repairs as necessary.
4. Support team members by sharing your expertise in diagnostics, enhancing their professional development.
5. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to align on service needs.
6. Collaborate with market management in regular meetings to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
7. Maintain and protect company equipment and assigned vehicles.
8. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and diagnostics.
- Proficient in technology tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- In-depth knowledge of ADAS systems, electrical services, calibrations, and diagnostics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive learner eager to expand skill sets for career advancement.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
- Capability to stand for extended periods in a workshop environment.
- A motivated individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to representing the brand positively.
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters and power probes.
- Competence in reading and interpreting factory and non-factory service information and wiring schematics.
- Experience in performing wire/connector repairs and vehicle programming.
- Ability to conduct all levels of calibrations (Static and Dynamic) and effectively diagnose customer vehicle issues.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
