Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and seasoned Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is vital in steering our recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional talent to meet our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor the recruitment team to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Formulate and implement strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Oversee the recruitment process and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Develop college recruitment strategies and improve candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to foster partnerships and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources, focusing primarily on Talent Acquisition.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficient in recruitment software and candidate management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Position Type:
This is a full-time role, with a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extended hours may be necessary.

Travel Requirements:
Some travel (10-15%) may be required for this position.
