Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to departmental leaders and hiring managers, maintaining awareness of current and anticipated staffing requirements.
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment campaigns to meet organizational goals and staffing demands.
  • Facilitate strategy discussions with hiring managers to ensure clarity on staffing needs and alignment of recruitment strategies.
  • Educate hiring managers on recruitment responsibilities, legal considerations, and candidate management processes.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including outreach for diverse candidates, to proactively identify both active and passive talent; cultivate and sustain a broad network of professional relationships and a diverse talent pool.
  • Conduct preliminary phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates against job specifications, present the most suitable candidates to hiring managers, arrange interviews, and provide guidance in candidate selection.
  • Support managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviewing, selection, salary negotiations, offer presentation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate effectively with management, Compensation, and HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment expenses and job offers align with budgetary constraints.
  • Document recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) promptly and accurately to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Utilize ATS and various analytical tools to monitor recruitment metrics and identify market trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Represent the organization at various events, including career fairs and on-campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, professionalism, and effective organizational skills in all responsibilities.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment in executing essential job functions.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate, contract, or RPO recruiting (preferably in a high-volume environment) or related experience.
  • Relevant employment and recruiting certifications (e.g., ACIR, CSSR, CSMR, PRC) are preferred.
