Job Title: Office Assistant

At Pepine Realty, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an essential part of our office operations, you will provide administrative support to our real estate agents and marketing team, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Act as a runner for various office needs, including delivering client care gifts, placing and picking up real estate signs, and collecting and distributing marketing materials.
  • Perform occasional errands or fieldwork to support agents and office staff.
  • Support the office with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role (real estate experience preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
