About the Role

The Client Service Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Manage a small book of business, including servicing and processing tasks, and other related service tasks.
  • Documentation: Produce accurate and thorough documents using word and excel to meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Assist in the facilitation of the Client Engagement Strategy, including scheduling, creating documents, and documentation in EPIC.
  • Business Development: Organize and market new business submissions, in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Client Focus: Anticipate, monitor, and meet the needs of clients, responding to them in an appropriate manner.
  • Organization and Planning: Plan, prioritize, and organize work to meet or exceed deadline expectations.
  • Attention to Detail: Comprehensive and error-free work.
  • Communication: Successfully convey information and express thoughts and facts, demonstrating effective use of listening skills and openness to other people's ideas and thoughts.
