We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Professional to join our team in Columbia and the surrounding area. As a Sales Professional with Transparent Financial, you will have the opportunity to learn our proprietary sales system, drive new business, and build a self-sustaining referral stream.

The Opportunity:

Your Role:

  • Generate new business and expand our customer base through strategic sales efforts
  • Implement our proprietary sales system to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets
  • Build a self-sustaining referral stream and establish a strong reputation in the industry

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain upon hiring
