Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Optimization Specialist to join our team at Unity Health Care. This role is responsible for optimizing the revenue cycle process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Analyze billing data to identify trends and discrepancies, and develop strategies to improve revenue cycle performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
  • Generate and maintain reports on billing performance, claims denials, and revenue cycle metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in healthcare billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to analyze data to identify trends and issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Demonstrated flexibility with respect to changing end-user business needs and priorities.


Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
