Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Campaign Management: Partner with clients to identify their objectives and oversee the planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Content Development: Create captivating content for various channels including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonate with our brand and client objectives.
  • Social Media Oversight: Manage and enhance the agency's and clients' social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engaging with the community.
  • Public Relations Assistance: Support in drafting and distributing press materials, building media relationships, and organizing PR events to enhance our clients' visibility.
  • Event Coordination: Aid in the planning and promotion of marketing events such as product launches, webinars, and trade exhibitions.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, database management, and maintaining marketing resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a comparable role.
  • Skills: Strong writing and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
