JOB OVERVIEW:

The Marketing & Brand Development Specialist plays a crucial role in executing and overseeing various marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and fostering business expansion. This position demands proficiency in website management, graphic design, social media oversight, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and tradeshow coordination. The ideal candidate should possess creativity, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and regularly update the company website (WordPress) to ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
  • Enhance website performance and user experience.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for diverse marketing materials and platforms.
  • Design and produce high-quality product cut sheets and promotional materials.
  • Utilize graphic design software to edit and improve images for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product cut sheets to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across various platforms to engage and expand our audience.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
  • Design and distribute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and special offers.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to attract targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of tradeshow participation, including logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure the successful execution of tradeshows and events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in website management and WordPress.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Experience with SEO strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and pay-per-click campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
