JOB OVERVIEW:
The Marketing & Brand Development Specialist is accountable for executing and overseeing a variety of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening our brand identity and fostering business expansion. This position demands proficiency in website management, graphic design, social media oversight, SEO, Google Ads, and tradeshow coordination. The successful candidate will be innovative, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly refresh and manage the company website (WordPress) to ensure content remains up-to-date, precise, and engaging.
- Enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Create visually compelling graphics, images, and videos for diverse marketing materials and platforms.
- Design and produce high-quality product information sheets and promotional materials.
- Utilize graphic design software to edit and improve images for marketing campaigns and materials.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product information sheets to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across various platforms to engage and expand our audience.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
- Design and distribute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and special promotions.
- Analyze email campaign performance and recommend enhancements.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of tradeshow participation, including logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.
- Ensure successful execution of tradeshows and events to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in website management and WordPress.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with SEO strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
