Executive Sous Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will supervise hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of products to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Supervise and train hourly staff to implement company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and the company.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.
