Human Resources Manager

This position is responsible for managing and directing the activities of staff responsible for worklife initiatives, employee benefits, and quality control throughout the Branch.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct the activities of staff responsible for worklife initiatives, employee benefits, and quality control.
- Evaluate programs or office functions and recommend more efficient and effective policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate supervisory duties, including performance management, planning and allocating work, and assessing training needs for the staff.
- Apply broad benefits human resources principles, practices, regulations, and policies.
- Must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements for the advertised position.
- Must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.
- Specialized experience for this position includes experience providing leadership, evaluating programs, demonstrating supervisory duties, and applying broad benefits human resources principles.

This is a Non Bargaining Unit position.
