Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating business and meeting targets from an assigned territory, promoting our home care services to hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the community-at-large.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze potential prospects within specific market territories by reviewing past and current marketing data.
  • Develop relationships with prospective sources, including hospitals, physicians, SNF's, and ALF's, to enhance sales growth.
  • Create weekly plans that reflect appropriate daily sales calls.
  • Maintain accurate account lists for all prospective referral sources and maintain physician profiles, weekly territory sales call plans, and track all patient referrals daily through start of care.
  • Meet and/or exceed sales targets for growth.
  • Attend community strategic meetings within prospective territories.
  • Develop focus-driven marketing strategies with Sales Managers on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain market awareness and communicate updates effectively.
  • Organize, distribute, and track respective patient documents for the organization.
  • Communicate and assist operations as needed to ensure timely admissions, patient, and referral source satisfaction.
  • Attend company sales/marketing meetings.
Requirements
  • At least two years of medical sales experience required.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
  • Exhibits organizational skills, professional appearance, behavior, and a service attitude towards the community and others.
  • Promotes an attitude of gratitude, team-spirited.
  • Ability to be flexible regarding working hours.
  • Have excellent written and oral skills.
  • Embody an entrepreneurial, creative spirit and attitude.
  • Requires valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Ability to travel within and out of geographic territories as needed.
