As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Floor Support: Assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions at the register, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing donations, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful team dynamic.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Retail experience preferred, with a strong focus on customer service and sales floor support.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to use a cash register, and knowledge of basic store operations.
