Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales.

Ability to effectively communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.

Strong problem-solving skills related to customer issues.

A valid automobile driver's license must be maintained at all times, with the ability to operate both customer and company vehicles.

Completion and maintenance of all required Bridgestone Retail Operations store education courses and modules for this position.
