Summary:
As a Financial Advisory Specialist, you will deliver comprehensive financial, analytical, and business management consulting services to designated departments or business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly financial statements, focusing on revenue and expenses.
  • Perform revenue assessments and product line/case mix evaluations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and benchmarking processes.
  • Evaluate new programs and conduct feasibility studies.

Experience with Case Mix, Axiom, and Medipac is preferred. An MBA and fellowship with the organization may be considered in lieu of other required experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to work in an office environment as required, with a hybrid schedule available.
